Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 business days of receipt.
